Katie Zoglin is a seasoned litigator in federal and state courts. She has twenty years of experience working as an attorney for Santa Clara County and San Francisco. Katie has extensive experience handling a wide range of litigation matters and advice work on behalf of public entities, including matters related to civil rights violations, workplace discrimination, police misconduct, land use, personnel, elder financial fraud, and elections.
Katie is also an experienced trial attorney and served as a prosecutor in Santa Clara County. She graduated from Harvard Law School and Harvard College.
Katie has also worked internationally to promote the rule of law and democracy. She has worked for the American Bar Association’s Rule of Law Initiative in Morocco, Serbia, and Macedonia. Most recently, Katie worked in Washington DC, where she oversaw Freedom House’s programs in the Middle East and North Africa. She has also been a lecturer at Stanford Law School.
